Answer: At the moment only the WF 3132 module works on CompactDAQ systems.

All of WireFlow's C-series modules are compatible with the CompactRIO systems, including the expansions chassis for Ethernet, EtherCAT, R Series and MXI-Express.

NI's latest cRIO:s do however support both NI-DAQmx and FPGA mode which can be set individually on a per-module basis. This allows users to run the WF 3144 in FPGA-mode alongside other modules in NI-DAQmx-mode.
