If you are following the HowTo connect to AWS using the WireFlow MQTT toolkit (

and experince connection issues it might be due to the TLS version used for the AWS IoT.
According to the Knowledge article at NI only TLS1.2 is currently supported (LabVIEW 2024 Q1)

To verify and change the TLS version used on AWS, navigate to Settings and verify that the Security policy is using TLS1.2 for your Device Data Endpoints
