The module could easily simulate PT1000 sensors, the only difference is that the error is slightly higher than for PT100.
For the range you specify, -150-200 deg C, the error will be less than 0.7 deg C. If they need to go up all the way to 500 deg C it is 1.7 deg C.
An overall higher accuracy can be accomplished by connecting two channels in series (enhanced mode).
That will give them 0.025 deg C error in the -150-500 deg C range.
